Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online store. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Offers and conclusion of contract
The product listings in our online store are not binding offers, but invitations to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button at checkout, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email.
4. Prices, shipping costs and tax status
All prices shown in the store are final prices.
As a small business under the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), we do not charge or show VAT.
Any shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process and before you complete your purchase.
5. Production, fulfillment and delivery
Our products are made to order using a print‑on‑demand process. Production and shipping are carried out in cooperation with external print and fulfillment providers (such as Printify).
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. These times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, production workload and shipping provider.
If there are significant delays, we will inform you by email where possible.
6. Shipping regions and languages
We ship worldwide, provided that our fulfillment partners offer shipping options to the destination country.
The contract may be concluded in German or English.
7. Prices, currencies and international payment
Store prices are displayed by default in [EUR / USD – choose your main store currency].
Depending on your location and store settings, prices may be shown in your local currency, but the actual charge is processed by our payment provider in the currency indicated at checkout.
Any currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or other charges from your bank or card provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
8. Customs duties, import taxes and fees outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (including but not limited to the USA, Canada and other non‑EU countries), additional customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply. These are charged by local authorities or service providers in the destination country.
These costs are borne solely by you as the buyer and will not be refunded by us. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
Please check with your local customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
9. Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown during checkout (for example, credit card, PayPal, Klarna or other providers, depending on your region and Shopify settings).
Payment is due at the time of order. Your payment method will be charged when you complete the checkout process.
10. Right of withdrawal (returns)
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details are provided in our separate Withdrawal Policy / Right of Withdrawal page, which forms part of these Terms.
Please note that products made to your specific request or clearly personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law. In such cases we will indicate this clearly on the product page.
11. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
12. Defects, misprints and warranty
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly printed item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, ideally with photos of the problem.
We will review the issue with the fulfillment provider and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for defects in accordance with applicable law.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
Otherwise, our liability for slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for slightly negligent breaches of non‑essential contractual obligations.
14. Intellectual property and designs
All designs, graphics, images and other content displayed on our products and in our store are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use these materials without our prior written consent.
15. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
16. Online dispute resolution (EU customers)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
